This unit is battery operated with 5 hours of continuous use off a single charge, with up to 500 re-charges; which gives this unit up to 2,500 hours of consecutive use from a single battery. The handpieces are fully autoclavable. The 12 volt DC motor needs no lubrication.
	UP500 Basic Unit (Formerly C33 Basic Unit) The UP500, featured here with a UE23 and 1:1 straight handpiece, is powered by this 30 volt power output. "This is the Top of the Line" for all Dental Laboratory Applications. Speeds vary from 1,500 to 35,000 rpm, and has an optional variable speed or on / off foot switch.
